1Z0-146 or 1Z1-144? clarification

I passed the following certification exams -

1) 1Z0-147 – Program with PL/SQL exam first and
2) 1Z0-051 – Oracle Database 11g: SQL Fundamentals I exam next.

Looguide at the certification path for Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional, I see that I can either write 1Z0-146 – Oracle 11g Advanced PL/SQL OR the beta 1Z1-144 exam Oracle Database 11g: Program with PL/SQL. Am I correct in this assumption or am I allowed only to take 1Z0-146 to get the Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional ?

The certification path diagrams look clear enough. But I am a bit confused with the plus signs in one path diagram versus the forward arrows in another diagram, if that makes any sense at all.

I read elsewhere that the order in which I take the exams (or the hands-on course, if any) does not matter, so I decided I would ask the forum.

I would much appreciate any clarification on this point.
