Claiming the Guarantee:
When claiming the guarantee, downloaded products must be deleted and all copies destroyed. This guarantee applies only to single-user licenses purchased directly from passguide. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns of this type must be postmarked no later than 30 days after your failing score report date. The money-back guarantee does not apply to Workstation license, LAN license, stand-alone study guide or e-Learning purchases or test voucher purchases.
