Book Review: PMP Project Management Professional Study Guide Deluxe Edition

The PMP certification is offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a premier credential for professionals in many fields, including IT. A PMP cert requires that a degreed candidate document a minimum of 4500 hours of project management work experience over a minimum of 3 years. A candidate with no bachelor’s degree must document a minimum of 7500 hours over a minimum of 5 years. In addition, a PMP candidate must pass the PMP exam and maintain continuing education credits.

The Book

Candidates for the PMP who want a book that is easier to read than the PMI Handbook and will fully prepare them for the exam, will be pleasantly rewarded by Kim Heldman’s PMP Study Guide.
