Hello,
I was wondering if I could get some insight into the legalities of running such a website like yourself. You see, I would like create a site where I could post classic novels and books (maybe some video) but i'm afraid I could get into a major lawsuit. Any advice? What about hosting those books on Ziddu.com ( a file hosting service), is it legal then? Technically those files are not on my server, right?

thanks
