To achieve an HP Certified Professional certification, you have to take and pass specific exam(s).
The HP Certified Professional Program offers two different methods for exam delivery. Although all exams are computer-based and delivered via a worldwide network of Authorised Test Centers there are 2 different exam types which can easily be identified by the exam ID key:
1)
HP0-xxx Proctored exams (secure testing) – Available at Authorised Prometric Testing Centers only.
2)
HP2-xxx Web-based exams (online testing) – Available through Prometric Internet Based Testing or IBT.
In addition to the exams listed above, HP offers a variety of other exams which are primarily used outside of the certification program but could be used as authorization criteria for the Preferred Partner Program or the Partner Service Authorization Programs. Please note that certain HP3 exams may not be applicable in your country to find out more please contact your local team.
You can easily identify these tests by the exam ID key HP3-xxx.
It is also important to know that an open access website is now available that enables companies to purchase HP0-xxx, HP2-xxx and HP3-xxx exam vouchers.
