They are so many Linux Certification nows day for an example: RHCE/RHCT, SAIR Linux, LPI and etc.
Canonical Ltd, the commercial sponsor of Ubuntu, today announced it has partnered with LynuxTraining to develop the first dedicated Ubuntu training courses for the Ubuntu Certified Professional.
An LPI based Ubuntu certification. The Ubuntu Certified Professional is a training certification based on the LPI level 1 certification. To earn the Ubuntu Professional certification, candidates are required to pass the LPI 101, LPI 102 and the Ubuntu (LPI 199) exams. Exams can be written in any order. A candidate already holding a valid LPI level 1 certification will only be required to pass the Ubuntu exam.
The certification is designed for System Administrator levels and tests the candidate’s ability to:
Perform easy maintenance tasks: help out users, add users to a larger system, backup & restore, shutdown & reboot
Install and configure a workstation (including X) and connect it to a LAN, or a stand-alone PC via modem to the Internet.
Work with the Linux command line

An official LPI and Ubuntu Certification of Achievement will awarded be candidates who pass the exam/s.
So which one to choose if you really plan go for the Linux Certification? For me, I would recommend RHCE. I’m sure you will happy and enjoy about the exam.
