I recently got certified in NCLA i.e. Novell Certified Linux Administrator same as SuSE Linux Certified Administrator.
Next i will be taguide up NCLP. People who are beginners or who have very few years of experience.
I would suggest them to go with SuSE, however i started my Linux career in SuSE and its really rocguide.
