Great website and thanks for all those that placed information in here. I found this site a little too late after 2 failed attempts but I finally took the Security+ test today and PASSED!!!! Got a 895 so I missed with only 1 question.
Materials used:
Sybex Comptia Security+ Thired Edition
Exam Cram 2 Comptia Security+
***Pass4Sure*** 3.12vr this is the most current version that they have out. I saw 65-75 questions from this in the test. Most Awesome!!!

Quite a few of you have contacted me about riping the 3.12 P4S but I am unable and trying to figure this out. It appears that its a 1 license and cant even install it on another computer. Any advice would be great. Also when I do have this riped where do I go to post it on this website?

I passed it two days ago. 900/900
all i used was the sybex book, and p4s 2.93. read the book in two days and spent 4 days on the prac test.
i’d say 85% or more from test on prac test

I’ve passed the Server+ & Network+ exams last February and also passed the Microsoft XP exam 70-270 lastv July. I’ve experience in networking in my current role and some in security. I hope could pass the Security+ exam as well. As I said, I’m mainly studing from P4S v2.93 understanding the concept behind the questions. It woud be good if Burnscw manages to upload P4S v3.12 to all of us.

I’d taken a shot at the Security+ on the 28th —- mostly with self study from various sources, and utilising p4s 2.93— and made it with 895/900.
While 80% of the questions were from p4s, the rest were pretty much related… Once again, thanks to all who’ve posted the useful stuff up here.

Just passed Sec+ with 880/900 score (IMG:http://www.sadikhov.com/forum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) . From what I reckon, 75 quetions whre exactly the same from PS4 v2.93. The other 25 questions weren’t from it, but similar in the content. I studied only from PS4 v2.93 understanding all the possible answers.

Hi. I took the exam yesterday and scored a 870/900. I used the the test engine from ExamWorx with 300 questions. I can only echo what others have said in that about 75 of the questions were found in the test engine and the other 25 were a surprise. Good luck

ok ok I have been trying with no avail to find a way to get the P4S 3.12 to run indepentdently. I have no experience in this and so I am struggling for a solution. I copied all program files to another computer it it wont run w/o registration. I then put in my purchased reg codes and it tells me that I can only install on 1 machine. I figured its a file but have no exp in changing the files info to show its registered. If anyone has exp with this please let me know!
