Threaded Mode | Linear Mode 311-105 beta (to become 310-105) exam

Sat the Sun Certified Solaris Associate exam today (311-105, to become 310-105).
180 Questions with a 3h limit (managed it in 2h 25min).

Quite a bit more difficult than i was expecting.

I worked my way through the “S-100-S10 – Unix Essentials Featuring the Solaris 10 Operating System” coursework which was easy, although all the info i think is there to pass the exam, it does not go into enough detail.

Although i have worked with Linux since 1998 and Solaris for last 2years, a lot of the basics covered in this course/exam i’ve never needed to use.

Should find out in 4-6 weeks if i pass…
