Why dont provide explanations for Nortel exams?

Today, I received a letter from one of our users, he said: I knew your products for Nortel exams are great from some forums, but I purchased three Nortel exams for 920-128, 920-240 and 920-355 recently, I found there are no explanations for all of them, why?
